The strategy involves launching and continually engaging with the EVP among both internal and external stakeholders, targeting diverse talent pools, and maintaining visual consistency with past branding materials.

Visual Differentiation
Embracing a visual design language steeped in the iconic styles of Saul Bass and Alfred Hitchcock, our creative approach aimed to infuse a sense of drama and excitement into the Oceaneering brand experience. This dynamic aesthetic was crafted to captivate potential employees, portraying the adventurous potential that awaits them at Oceaneering. To vividly communicate the essence of each of the EVP Pillars, we developed a series of four lenticular posters, each showcasing two unique visual graphics that excite the viewer with a palpable sense of intrigue and opportunity. We also created a lenticular postcard that was used to build excitement and an overarching video that would play at events.
